Penobscot Bay Waterkeeper Adds Four New Governing Board Members
In alignment with the Thrive Pillar of our strategic plan, Penobscot Bay Waterkeeper is pleased to announce the addition of four new members to our Governing Board.
Becky Bartovics is an environmental advocate, grandmother, and farmer.
Sergei “Mr. Sturgeon” Breus is a fish enthusiast, scientist, and tinkerer.
Susan Cuttingis a community activist, rower, and conservation non-profit expert.
Logan Perkins is an attorney, paddler, and homesteader.
“With the addition of Becky, Sergei, Susan, and Logan, we are thrilled to gain their unwavering passion and their diversity of expertise towards our mission to protect Penobscot Bay,” Executive Director Pete Nichols commented about the board changes. “Our governing board members are the grassroots who connect us to our waters, lands, and communities, and we are thankful for their vision and commitment as we march onward.”
